Dourog\u00e1s Natural, a concessionaire company in the trade of gas and energy, undertakes a commitment, formalised in its Policy, to comply with the requirements resulting from the application of these standards and to continuously and effectively improve the Integrated Management System, the Quality of Services, Environmental Protection and Preservation, as well as Occupational Health and Safety.<\/p>\n
This commitment aims to achieve the satisfaction of all our Customers, employees, as well as other stakeholders. In this regard, the Quality, Environment and Safety Policy is consolidated in the following commitments:<\/p>\n
\u2022 To maintain and improve the Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, Safety and Sustainability;<\/p>\n

\u2022 To provide safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of injuries and occupational diseases, in order to proactively ensure high standards in occupational health and safety;<\/p>\n
\u2022 To identify hazards and eliminate them, minimise and monitor risks, and recognise opportunities arising from different activities in order to ensure the health and safety of employees, customers and visitors;<\/p>\n
\u2022 To ensure consultation and participation of employees so that they may contribute to the continuous improvement of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System;<\/p>\n
\u2022 To satisfy Customers in the services provided for the distribution and commercialisation of natural gas and the supply of Natural Gas for Vehicles (NGV), seeking in general to meet their needs and expectations in order to ensure their trust and loyalty.<\/p>\n
